Version 0.4a Released

Version 0.4a was just released. This update adds the following improvements:

-Replaced level
-Optimizations
-Title screen now much nicer
-Changed loading screen
-Removed annoying top right text on HUD
-Changed main menu layout
-Guns now have models
-Replaced the pistol with a rifle that deals more damage
-Replaced the SMG with an Uzi
-Uzi now much more powerful
-Bullets now shoot from the gun, rather than directly from the player's chest
